Every week I have a meeting with a friend. During each session, we share our progress, give each other a point of view, and thought about how to adjust what we are doing to achieve our goal. We are accountable to each other.
Well in our last session she was expressing how she is feeling like she is not where she supposes to be in her life and her route to achieve what she is working on. We talked for a long time and I reassured her and together we find some ways and what she can do to get back on track. Thus, I thought about that and ask myself how many women have the same issue or feel the same way.
One thing I am sure of is we women have to work sometimes twice hard to achieve our goal and often by dint of being overwhelmed by the events, doubts set in.
When doubts take place in your life, Negative self-talk sneaks in and, sticks in your head. Slowly push out your dreams and hard work and you find yourself stepping back every time you start something.
In these moments you must have solid self-confidence, self-esteem to be able to reverse the situation or get back on track become hell.
You are doing your best to use good words, with a great tone of voice, or sending a friendly text message to the other person. How You’ve been talking to yourself? When talking to yourself make sure it’s one of the best conversations you have. You have what it takes to manifest the life you want. And it starts with a positive mindset.
Here are 7 things you should tell yourself every day regardless of where you are in your life.
I AM GRATEFUL AND LOVED
Oh!! Gratitude, gratitude. It sometimes hard to be thankful when you are going through an uncertain moment. But trust me practicing gratitude can change everything. Write down 7 to 10 things that you are grateful for in your life, it’s called counting your blessing. You just have to open your heart and it will flow.
This will help you focus more on what you have. Oprah Winfrey said, “Be thankful for what you have; you will end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never have enough”.
We all wanted to be love and there is always that friend or family member who is there no matter what happened. That is love and you are loved and say it or being tankful for that is practicing gratitude too. Make it a routine and you will be the happiest person you ever know. Every morning tell yourself; you are amazing and loved by many. It won’t just elevate your self-esteem but will set the tone for better relationships with others as well.
I AM ENOUGH OTHERS DON’T DEFINE ME
Sometimes we can get a bit insecure when we see that there are people busier than you, or the next office lady drives a fancy car. Not having the same lifestyle or the same material thing as the other person does not mean you failed in your life. We all have a different purpose in this life.
Today society may push us out of our comfort zone. It’s up to us to make the uncomfortable, comfortable. But in a good way. Never wish you have what your neighbor has, or you are another person. You will be surprised.
Often people surround us lead us to this. There is always that uncle or “friend” that telling you should go back to school to be a Nurse while you love being a CNA. This is just an example. Never do what people around you want to do.
Give yourself a reminder that you are enough and doing very well for yourself. Accepting yourself with your strengths and flaws makes you a unique human being.

I KWON I CAN, I AM THE BEST
You are the only one who knows what the best for you. Do not let anyone tell you the opposite. “no one can make you feel inferior without your consent” Eleanor Roosevelt.
You have your goals and you have your path to follow. If you have been choosing for the job you are doing, it surely because you the best fit for it. your partner chooses you because you are the best for him or her. So, when times are tough don’t give up don’t let the fear of failure take over you. Instead, tell yourself you are at the right place and that you are strong enough to achieve your goals. , you need to tell yourself that you’re strong, you are good and capable of overcoming hurdles, and ready for anything that comes your way.
I DON’T KNOW EVERYTHING
Not knowing everything is ok, that is why you are allowed to learn, to ask. Making mistake is what build us and help us grow in every aspect of our life. no one should belittle you because you do not know or made a mistake.
Acknowledge your mistake and be open to learning from others is a great way to achieve what you want; it is crucial to keep feeding and growing your mind by learning a new thing every day. There are so many skills out there to be learned don’t stay focus on only what you learn at school that is not enough for or everyday’s life.
I CAN NOT CONTROL EVERYTHING
We often waste our energy on stuff we have no control over. Life is full of ups and downs. Even when having a routine to follow there is always something unexpected that will come up. You might lose someone or something important, lose a job or something else that you have no power to control. Life goes on. Instead of working hard to control what you cannot; control your attitude. Shift your negative thought with positive thoughts and manifest good things in your life.

I CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE TODAY
Every day we meet a lot of people and each of them can see a change in their day maybe their whole life. Do you know that things can happen by you?

The key to success is hard work. There is no way to be successful without willing to work and give the best of yourself.
No matter the industry, and your work status If something is difficult or hard to do, it is means you have to work harder, be stronger, and work longer to achieve that goal. There always be obstacles, fear will take place sometimes, but you have to shift your mind, visualize your destination. That will help you overcome these obstacles in your way. Self-talk is very important in our everyday life. So, choose your words wisely when it comes to the discussion with yourself. Choose the words that motivate, encourage you, bring out that fighter buried in you. self-talk helps me focus and keep my mind from wandering.
