“if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail”. BENJAMIN FRANKLIN
Planning the evening before is effective because it helps you gain time in the morning, so you can have an early start on important work. Write your next day goals down Turn off all electronic devices 90 min before bedtime
2- Wake up at your right time with a goal.
“The early bird catches the worm!” that is what they said. However, morning routines come in many different. The fact is to find a good time for yourself and be ready to work toward the goals you set
3– Move exercise, and hydrate yourself
Morning exercise helps with focus, gives you energy through the day. Yet there’s not a one morning routine that works well for everyone, there are some key elements that make a morning routine most effective. It’s TO DO what you LOVE, either is HIIT, yoga, meditation, biking, running, dancing, or cardio, it will make it much easier to handle the day when you feel good.
PS: I like dancing or HIIT.
4-Prioritize and visualize your daily tasks
“Life is too complicated to not be orderly” – MARTHA STEWART
Set your priorities for the day. Make your To-Do list doable. Do not set goals that you can’t achieve during the day. Visualize: when you start your day by visualizing your brain is trained to achieve all goals you set.
5- Reviews your daily goals
It is not always easy. Even when you love what you do there is always a hard time, obstacles, or an event that keeps you from achieving your daily goal.
At the end of your day revisit your goals and ask yourself the reason why you were not able to finish your tasks, write down the solution and recharge your motivation.
